Navigate to the QUARTERMASTER and sign in with the email address used at checkout. Your acquired cargo will appear in the download register. If your purchase does not appear, allow up to 5 minutes for the transaction to clear.

Check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation signals originate from a BLACKFLAG.TECH address. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes of a successful payment, transmit a signal to us with your order reference and we will locate the shipment.

BLACKFLAG.TECH software is available on macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS (App Store), and Android (Google Play). Specific version requirements vary by product. Check each product's detail page for platform-specific minimums.

All cargo is digital and delivered instantly upon acquisition. All sales are final. If your cargo is demonstrably defective or non-functional, transmit a signal within 7 days of acquisition and we will resolve it. Refer to the TERMS_OF_OPERATION for the complete policy.

No. All BLACKFLAG.TECH software is local-first. No telemetry, no cloud sync, no remote dependency. An internet connection is required only for the initial download.

Only what is required to process your transaction: your email address and payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe — we do not handle or retain card data. No usage data, analytics, or behavioral tracking are collected. Ever.

All software is licensed under a Single-Operator License: personal devices under your direct control only. The license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable. See TERMS_OF_OPERATION for the full terms.
